Charlotte Wilkinson is a solicitor in the employment team, based in Broadfield’s London office, working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Charlotte’s experience includes defending claims in the employment tribunal, advising on and drafting employers’ internal policies, handbooks and employment contracts, as well as settlement agreements for both employees and employers. In addition, Charlotte provides advice on the employment aspects of due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.
During her training contract, Charlotte gained a broad experience in employment related matters through seats in the employment and corporate teams.
- Advised the shareholders of FiftyPoint6 Group Limited, a specialist SaaS provider to luxury retailers and entrepreneurs, on its multi-million-dollar share sale to Shop Circle Ltd
- Advised the shareholders and management team of Acorns (Southern) Limited, trading as Acorns Health Care, on the management buyout of the supported living services provider, funded by Ignite Growth LLP and Shawbrook Bank
