Broadfield Brazil was formed in partnership with IW Melcheds, a Brazilian law firm recognized for its work in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, compliance, tax, litigation, and other key areas of business law. Expansion into Brazil follows Broadfield’s launch in December 2024 and subsequent growth across the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the United States.
