Fernanda Passos has extensive experience in corporate law, working on mid- and large-cap M&A transactions as well as advising on the day-to-day corporate matters of companies. She represents domestic and foreign private investors, founders, multinationals, and companies of various sizes across a wide range of matters.

She also advises on wealth and succession planning, with a focus on structuring family holding companies and other wealth organization vehicles.

Fernanda holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from INSPER and a certificate in contracts from Centro de Extensão Universitária in São Paulo.
