Fin is a Solicitor Apprentice in the corporate team at our Southampton office. Here she assists with all aspects of corporate advisory and transactional corporate work, including private company M&A, private equity and management buyouts.
As a member of the team, Fin has already developed an impressive track record, assisting with a wide variety of projects, including a £100 m debt raise for a national fibre network provider, the cross-border sale of an aviation business, and the management buyout of a travel business. She also contributed to the acquisition of the Hythe ferry service by Red Funnel, which was awarded Small Deal of the Year at the Solent Deal Awards 2024.
