Isabelle began her career at EY Law Firm in Paris and Donahue & Partners in New York. She subsequently practiced at Deloitte Law Firm, then at PwC Law Firm, before joining Broadfield in Paris.

- Cross‑border buy‑side acquisitions for foreign strategic investors seeking to expand their European footprint, including full‑scope due diligences, negotiation of representations and warranties, and post‑closing remediation planning.
- Carve‑out due diligence and vendor due diligence mandates for multinational clients, including recent transactions above 15 billion euros.
- Mid-cap build-up acquisitions in particular in the technologies and digital, transportation, telecom and food sectors.
- Strategic remediation actions, both pre‑closing (sell‑side) and post‑closing (buy‑side), addressing legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational issues that materially impact valuation and risk allocation.
