For over 20 years, she has advised investment funds and corporate groups on their strategic transactions, in France and internationally, with a keen understanding of the operational requirements and performance standards specific to financial investors, allowing seamless alignment on valuation, strategic positioning, and transaction dynamics.

Her practice is distinguished by a proven ability to secure sensitive transactions, underpinned by a keen understanding of her clients’ strategic priorities and a strong, hands-on approach to leadership. Isabelle has structured and led multidisciplinary teams on major legal projects, upholding high standards of rigor and collaboration, across a wide range of industries including life sciences & healthcare, information technologies and digital, energy, telecoms, hospitality, distribution, agri-food/spirits & beverage, and insurance, among others.

Isabelle began her career at EY Law Firm in Paris and Donahue & Partners in New York. She subsequently practiced at Deloitte Law Firm, then at PwC Law Firm, before joining Broadfield in Paris.

Led a wide range of complex buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions, primarily in the upper‑mid and large‑cap segments, often involving multiple jurisdictions and high financial stakes. Recent matters include:

  • Large‑cap sell‑side transactions for international groups and investment funds, including numerous transactions exceeding the billion‑euro threshold in particular in life-science/healthcare and energy sectors, each involving multi‑jurisdictional due diligence, coordination of global counsels, and strategic negotiations of risk allocation mechanisms.
  • Cross‑border buy‑side acquisitions for foreign strategic investors seeking to expand their European footprint, including full‑scope due diligences, negotiation of representations and warranties, and post‑closing remediation planning.
  • Carve‑out due diligence and vendor due diligence mandates for multinational clients, including recent transactions above 15 billion euros.
  • Mid-cap build-up acquisitions in particular in the technologies and digital, transportation, telecom and food sectors.
  • Strategic remediation actions, both pre‑closing (sell‑side) and post‑closing (buy‑side), addressing legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational issues that materially impact valuation and risk allocation.
  • W&I insurance processes, leading sessions with insurers, underwriting teams, and financial advisors to secure optimal coverage and align strategic positionings.
