Luiz Werneck’s remit comprises media and advertising, entertainment, commercial promotions, corporate contracts, and automotive law. He has extensive experience in structuring commercial strategies and business models and in the analysis, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
Luiz has been a member of the Brazilian Advertisers Association (ABA) in media and advertising and served as a councilor of the National Council for Advertising Self-Regulation (CONAR), having worked on some of the agency’s most significant cases in recent years.
In the automotive sector, he previously worked as a legal manager for a major automaker for several years. Luiz has also been a member of the legal committee of the National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (Anfavea) and is recognized by The Legal 500 and Análise Advocacia rankings.
