Tiago Silveira Camargo’s practice focuses on digital law, privacy & data protection, corporate contracts, real estate, artificial intelligence, and legal design, with particular depth in contractual matters and in advising companies in the franchise sector.

His academic credentials include an LL.M. in Contract Law from Insper and postgraduate qualifications in Digital Law, Contract Design, and Data Protection from GV-Law. He is currently completing a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at PUC-SP, expected in December 2026. Tiago has contributed to the Legal Informatics Commission of the Federal Council of the OAB, the legal committee of the Brazilian Franchise Association (ABF), and the board of the Brazilian Chamber of Electronic Commerce (Camara-e.net), where he served as Vice-Chairman.

He is recognized by the Análise Advocacia ranking for his work in Corporate Contracts and Digital Law, as well as in the food & beverage, electronics, machinery & equipment, and healthcare sectors.

  • Advised a multinational mining company on the negotiation and structuring of a large-scale construction contract for a tailings dam, including supplier interface and management of the contractual chain.
  • Advised a leading company in the online travel and tourism services segment on privacy & data protection matters, structuring the corporate privacy program and governance framework for the use of artificial intelligence.
  • Acting as External DPO and leader of the Brazilian privacy program for a multinational toy company, with a focus on Privacy & Data Protection, personal data governance, and LGPD compliance.
