Broadfield Advises ImpriMed on Multi-Million Dollar Equity Financing Deal to Expand Precision Medicine

2 October 2026

Broadfield has advised its client ImpriMed, a Silicon Valley-based precision medicine company, on its $10 million Series A2 bridge round, led by LB Investment. The financing will support ImpriMed’s U.S. commercialization efforts and its expansion into Asia and other international markets.

ImpriMed develops AI-driven precision medicine solutions that combine ex vivo analysis of patient-derived live cancer cells with genomic, immunophenotypic, and clinical data to help inform personalized treatment decisions. Precision oncology increasingly depends on integrating multiple sources of patient data to account for differences in disease biology and treatment response. ImpriMed applies multimodal AI to patient-specific cancer cell characteristics, drug-response profiles, and clinical information to support more personalized treatment selection.

The financing follows ImpriMed’s $23 million Series A in 2023. Alongside lead investor LB Investment, the Series A2 bridge round included new investment from Naver Corporation, Samsung Securities, and Alois Ventures, and follow-on investment from existing investors BonAngels Venture Partners and Han River Partners.

The Broadfield team advising on the deal included Partner Christopher Hagenbuch and Senior Associate Henry Nahm.

"We are delighted to have supported ImpriMed on this financing. The company is operating at the intersection of precision medicine and AI, with an innovative approach to informing cancer treatment decisions. This round brings together investors across the U.S. and Korea who share that vision. This financing provides an important platform for ImpriMed's continued U.S. commercialization and international expansion, and we look forward to seeing the company build on its momentum in these markets."
