Broadfield has advised Radiocoms Systems Ltd (Radiocoms), the UK’s leading independent communications and systems integrator, on its acquisition of Bridge Systems Ltd. The transaction marks Radiocoms’ first acquisition since its management buyout, backed by Total Capital Partners, in April 2026, on which Broadfield advised the shareholders and management team.
