Roberto Rached

Roberto Rached has extensive experience in strategic civil litigation, arbitration, and the resolution of complex business disputes, including tax-related matters.

Throughout his career, he has advised national and international companies in judicial and arbitral proceedings involving contractual, corporate, commercial, and asset-related disputes, acting strategically in both dispute prevention and resolution. Roberto is also seasoned in tax matters, including consultations and administrative and judicial tax proceedings.

He holds specializations in Tax Procedural Law and Civil Procedural Law and a Master’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
