Sam Ho is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team, acting and advising clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions in both freehold and leasehold properties. Her expertise includes landlord and tenant work, asset management, acquisitions and disposals, and secured lending.
She advises clients in a range of sectors, including offices, retail, and industrial and logistics. She is highly experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants and is known for her practical approach to assist clients in achieving their commercial objectives. Her other work includes acting for a leading tech company, taking an office at Cambridge Science Park, and acting for a financial institution on the refinance of a mixed-use property portfolio valued at £17m.
Sam is a member of the Law Society.
