Broadfield Advises Leading Managed Service Provider Claranet on Acquisition of Six Degrees

Broadfield has advised its long-standing client, Claranet, one of Europe’s leading managed service providers, on its acquisition of Six Degrees, a UK provider of managed technology services.

The acquisition further strengthens Claranet’s position in the UK IT services market, expanding its capabilities and giving customers access to a broader portfolio of Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, Workplace, Data, and AI services.

Claranet is a global technology services provider that helps organisations modernise, manage, and protect their critical technology environments. With expertise spanning cloud, cyber security, data, AI, applications, networks and workplace solutions, the business combines local delivery with international scale.

Broadfield’s multidisciplinary team was led by Corporate Partner Philip Lamb, supported by Legal Director Mirielle Dagger and Associate Gemma L’Esperance.
