Broadfield has advised its long-standing client, Claranet, one of Europe’s leading managed service providers, on its acquisition of Six Degrees, a UK provider of managed technology services.
The acquisition further strengthens Claranet’s position in the UK IT services market, expanding its capabilities and giving customers access to a broader portfolio of Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, Workplace, Data, and AI services.

With expertise spanning cloud, cyber security, data, AI, applications, networks and workplace solutions, the business combines local delivery with international scale.
