Erin Kellaway is an Associate in the firm’s commercial real estate team. She has experience advising on a broad range of freehold and leasehold property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, corporate real estate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.
Erin has acted for investors, lenders and corporate occupiers across a range of sectors, including office, retail, industrial and student accommodation. She has particular experience in real estate finance, including investment and development finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Her recent experience includes advising on the financing of the acquisition and development of high-value schemes, including a leasehold office building in a prime central London location and a student accommodation scheme.
Erin is a member of the Law Society.
